Haven't had a lot if work done, but the couple times I've been in it's been good. The Uber rides are great. I remember my BMW dealer used to give you a car to drive while work was being done. Smooth negotiations but terrible delivery experience. New vehicle had quality issues that no one discovered prior to delivery. Had to bring back to dealer to be serviced.
