Pleasant Leasing Experience - David and Arlene Sullivan, Returning a leased 2015 Chevrolet Equinox to Burdick after 3 years, my wife Arlene and I simply expected to lease a new Equinox because we liked the o Returning a leased 2015 Chevrolet Equinox to Burdick after 3 years, my wife Arlene and I simply expected to lease a new Equinox because we liked the one that we had so much. However, changes in the styling of the new Equinox, and in particular the interior seating, made it smaller and less comfortable for both of us. Therefore, we made a decision to look at some other Burdick vehicles. Our salesperson, Michael Polczak, was extremely helpful in this regard. He observed the kind of seating that we desired, and spent time, on his own, looking for vehicles that best suited our interest. He was very patient, and showed us several different vehicles, including GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, and Jeep. After we had decided on a Jeep Cherokee, he was even patient enough to allow us to look at one more vehicle, the Grand Cherokee, to see how it compared to the Cherokee. As it turned out, the Grand Cherokee was the one we ended up leasing. Michael is an excellent salesperson. He does not pressure the consumer to buy. We would recommend HIM to anyone that is thinking of buying or leasing a car from the Burdick dealerships, and we will certainly ask for his assistance again, after our lease is up with this vehicle. More

Poor Customer Service Absolutley the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I owned a Yugo at one point. Does that tell you something? The Service Dept at Absolutley the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I owned a Yugo at one point. Does that tell you something? The Service Dept at Burdick did nothing to help with covering a Side Detection System issue. My $52K Enclave had an issue with the Side Detection System at 49,300 miles. I made an appointment immediately to get the repairs covered under warranty. Due to the death of my Father, I had to reschedule the appointment. I also had to drive the vehicle 250 miles to watch my Father die, then return hom, then travel 250 miles to bury my Father. By the time I had arrived at my rescheduled appointment, the vehicle had 51,000 miles on it. 1,000 miles out of warranty. Burdick did NOTHING to help me, as a customer, to get this repair covered by GM. Lots of conflicting information from GM and Burdick regarding the decision, and who was respinsible for making the poor decision. Burdick input my info into the GM calculator to determine customer participation for non warranty repairs. THAT IS IT. NOTHING MORE. I have since taken the vehicle to another dealership that could not believe the way I was treated at Burdick. I tried to contact Roger Burdick himself to inform him of this pathetic situation. Instead I get a call back from a Ken Elander. Mr. Elander was very abrasive, and not helpful. He basically told me to take my vehiel to another Buick Dealer. If this is the kind of customer service you want, go to Burdick. If you want REAL customer service go to ANY other Buick dealer. Stay away. The aggravation is not worth it. I left a poor review on Facebook, and saw another name of a customer service person, Ryan Meeker(?). I contacted him to inform him of this issue, and he was no help either, no surprise. Burdick is the absolue worst customer service dealership I have ever dealt with. More

This year the registration came up due and when I went to register my Pick Up truck I noticed that the plates on the new registration and the old one (that your office did at lease time) had my wifes plates that are on her Acadia on my registration. When I tried to register my truck under the plates that were on my truck, they said that it was invalid. I went to the DMV and spoke to a supervisor, who is completely dumbfounded on how this could have happened and it has been over a month and she is still trying to get it figured out in there system and going back and forth with the state and DMV trying to resolve this. She suggested that I bring this to your attention. So basically when your office registered my truck with DMV somehow they registered it with my wifes plates. DMV has my truck and my wifes Acadia both linked to her plates on the registration that prints out. My plates that are on my truck are linked to someone other person in NYstates silver Equinox, that DMV is trying to get a hold of to let know of the problem. I am extremely, extremely angry over this as my wife and I have not been able to get our vehicles registered for over a month because of this error in processing. I have been stopped 2 times now, the 1st time I was detained because the police thought i had stolen plates on my vehicle seeing how they are not registered to my truck, after pleading my case and explaining I was let go ( almost and hour later and after sitting in the back of a patrol car). The 2nd time, I was stopped at a registration/inspection check and was and hour and half late to work while I waited for the officers to verify the information, which they were unable to do, but eventually sided with my story and let me go. My wife received a ticket on her vehicle while parked outside at the hospital for an emergency due to her vehicle being un registered because of this whole process. Like I said I am extremely unhappy over this, I understand it was an error on some ones part, but i have to vehicles that I can not technically drive on the road right now, have been stopped 2 times by the police, embarrassed and late to work, ticketed and right now there is still not end date to when I can get this rectified because DMV is having a hard time figuring it out...I paid $99 also to register my vehicle online also and now because it was the right registration vehicle but with the wrong plates I am going to have to re-register mine again, and be out the money, I am glad I stopped there and did not register my wifes vehicle...I was atleast able to put my trucks registration on her Acadia, with the right date and plates, but if she is stopped they will see that the wrong vehicle is attached to it... I spoke with my salesperson, who stated that they would be able to fix this problem if I stopped in and filled out new forms and went with him to the DMV and they would make sure everything was fixed...I was unable to come in the week he talked to me because I used all my vacation time. But when I tried to call him the following week to make an appointment to come in 11/16/17 he never returned my phone call...I then reached out to a manager who sent me an email who asked if everything went ok and if there was something that he could do (phil boskovski) in which I explained everything and he neglected to return my email. Once this is ever rectified I will never shop here again and make sure that my friends and family are aware of this situation, I understand mistakes happen but this had been a HUGE problem, and massive inconvienence because of what has happened with the police and I have had to take off a lot of time from work and spend it at the DMV trying to deal with this, using up what little time off I had left for the year in my vacation bank. I will also be notifying the better business bureau about what happened and possibly a lawyer in getting my ticket and fees taken care of this is unacceptable and to just have this problem ignored has just infuriated me more. More
