I was dissatisfied with the service. My steering wheel needed replacing under warranty and it needed to be ordered. I waited weeks for a phone call and never got one so I called and it w My steering wheel needed replacing under warranty and it needed to be ordered. I waited weeks for a phone call and never got one so I called and it was in. At the appointment to get it replaced I got a call the new wheel was defective, was told it would be 7 to 10 days we’ll call you. I waited a few weeks and called parts, the wheel was in (no call again). Got an appointment and dropped the car at 8:15am. At 4 I called to check status and person that took the call couldn’t get hold of anyone in service and stated someone would call me back. No phone call so I called back at 5:15 because they close at 6 and after several minutes on hold was told the car is done. To top everything off I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash which I did but it was never done. The communication was non existent. More
