If I could give them a 0 I would. I scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle and drove almost 2 hours to drive it. We got there and the salesman Jim didn’t get us to who we had our appointment with, but instead kept telling us they didn’t have the vehicle and we would have to drive elsewhere to see the vehicle. Finally some how he found the vehicle BUT we weren’t allowed to drive it because it hadn’t gone to the shop yet. Even though we scheduled an appointment to drive the vehicle and everything. They told us they’d call us after it got out of the shop. One week later currently and haven’t heard from anyone. The vehicle is no longer listed on their site. Horrible customer service. Ended up at Reymore Chevy in Central Square. SUPER happy with our experience there!!! More
I bought a 2019 Silverado with 22000 miles on it. I had it for about 3 months and 5000 miles and the brake pad monitor light came on. I called the dealer got told that it’s not covered. I was told th I had it for about 3 months and 5000 miles and the brake pad monitor light came on. I called the dealer got told that it’s not covered. I was told that they could have worn out because of the way I was driving. This was supposed to be a certified truck. I was aggravated and went to my own mechanic to get it fixed. After he fixed it he told me the brakes pads were 3/4 the way gone and one of the sensors was disconnected. How this was certified is beyond me. I called and left a message for the manager over a week ago with no one to return my call. I also called Chevy and they told me that I had to go to a Chevy dealer to get it looked at. I told them that I could not because it had to be fixed. Again was told that there was nothing could be done. I wonder do these people expect you to drive a vehicle with bad brakes until you get through fighting with them? Would they put their families in that and drive like that? I bet no they would not. I have been a Chevy fan a long time but after this, I will not be buying another one!!!!!! More
Stopped at. They played no games on price and set me up with an appointment for the next day so my wife could drive it. She was not excited about the car so our sales person, Justin Rosario suggested a Buick Envision which we both loved and it was at a comparable price. Best car buying experience I have ever had!! Justin took care of all the details after the sale. Justin is a fantastic sales person. If you're looking for a car stop and see him. He listens to what you want, is knowledgeable, follows through and communicates well. More

The service department needs to get act together . I brought two vehicles there last year .. and still can’t get a loner .. really !! Even with my name and an appointment called three times and each time after giving name had to tell vehicle .. didn’t they put it on the sales slip .. so I canceled all my booked appointment .. there r gmc dealers out there that really want to take care of their customers … but not at Burdick More
