This dealership is not reputable and the sales dept has no integrity. I saw a vehicle online with all the options I had been searching for, for months. I called to check availability, and was told by sales no integrity. I saw a vehicle online with all the options I had been searching for, for months. I called to check availability, and was told by salesman Steve that it just came in and was indeed available. I was excited, and told him consider it sold, and wanted to do a down payment right away to hold it... Since I live two hours away we did the deal over the phone. I tried numerous times to give him a hold deposit, and was told numerous times "don't worry, the vehicle is yours. We wont sell it". Was told I couldn't put a deposit down until I jumped through some hoops. So after filling out a KBB app for my trade in I again tried to put money down. Again I was assured it was mine and wouldn't be sold to anyone else, but I couldnt put the hold deposit down until I filled out the financial applicaton. I have excellent credit so no problem. Steve told me he would call me right after I submit the app. Ten minutes later I submitted it and Steve didn't call right away like he said he would. I called him and was told "he's with a customer." So I waited a bit and after still no call, I called him again, and was told "he wasn't at his desk." I called numerous times, within the next two hours and fifteen minutes before they closed I was told he went home., and they sold the vehicle to someone else who came in while I was waiting for Steve to call me back. I was irate and asked to speak to a manager. They connected me to the Chevy sales manager and being the spineless person he is, let it go to his voicemail. No integrity up and down the chain... When the manager finally called me the next day I told him "I have no use for any of them," and hung up.. I have been buying new vehicles since 1978 and have never been treated so badly! If you're looking for a sales staff with integrity, look elsewhere. There is none here. I would NEVER recommend them to family, friends, or acquaintances, but maybe to someone I dont care for. Again, no integrity and definitely not reputable!! More

Josh at the chevy side made this the best dealer experience I've ever had in my 52 years and multiple cars bought, I went in dreading the process expecting to be 7 hours of back and forth negotiatio experience I've ever had in my 52 years and multiple cars bought, I went in dreading the process expecting to be 7 hours of back and forth negotiation .. was in and out in an hour.. had to leave truck to get some rust proofing done was ready exactly on time truck was clean as a whistle signed my paperwork and was gone twenty minutes after arriving for a total of maybe 2 hours More

I bought a brand new GMC Acadia AT4. The next day it started sputtering, reving and the check engine light came on. The vehicle had 90miles on it when this happened. They took it in and eventually figured it out, but it wasn’t an easy find. They fixed, and since I received it back the electrical and notifications on the dashboard have been flashing random issues. I requested day 1 that they put me in another vehicle they had there- same model/price but different color. The dealership seems too concerned about the money they would lose to make it right and replace a vehicle that broke day 1. I placed a call to GMC and they opened a case but seem to be dragging feet on getting me compensation of some sort for the troubles. My husband and I have spent a lot of money on GM products- owning a 2016 Tahoe LTZ and Silverado 2500 duramax. Very disappointing and disheartening as well as stressful to be having these issues. Especially since having to TRUST the dealer during a time that test driving is not allowed. Get me a new vehicle and take the dud back! More
