I leased a car for my wife about a year ago and went back this year to lease another for myself. The Dorschel experience allowed me to investigate many alternatives before settling on the perfect car at the perfect price. As far as I'm concerned Dorschel is "my" dealership and Doug is "my" sales advisor. It was a true pleasure working with both. More

He had such patience with us during the entire process, which took a few months because we wanted to wait for the new 2015 Sienna's. If he didn't have an answer to a question we had he made sure to get one for us quickly. He was persistent in following up with us, yet never pushy. We know we can call on him at any point if needed. We shopped around prior to making a decision to go with Dorschel and always felt Jason was honest and upfront more so than the other salesmen we had met at other dealerships. More
Great Personell, Great Customer Service Dorschell was very patient with us and got financing for us when no other dealer in Rochester could do. Mark Fujimura was a pleasure to work with. Found a car that I absolutely loved at Dorschel. Initially went in to meet with a sales representative, and to test drive the car. My first visit Found a car that I absolutely loved at Dorschel. Initially went in to meet with a sales representative, and to test drive the car. My first visit to the dealership was awful. The first sales rep. I met with was completely unprofessional, and rude. Gave us the presentation how Dorschel was a "no-pressure", "no haggle" dealership, and how they strive to make the customer happy. The test drive was fine, even though I thought it was odd that the sales rep. cursed a couple times. After the test drive, we sat down to talk about figures. During our conversation, our sales representative received a phone call (from who he said was his manager); he informed us that his manager was informing him that a woman came into the dealership very interested in the vehicle and drove a very far way. The sales rep. then wanted to know if we wanted to get the car, so they would tell the woman the car was unavailable. I hesitantly told him I am very interested, and that I just wanted to go over the numbers and different financing options before committing. The sales rep. then left his desk for a while, and then returned and told us they told the lady that the car was unavailable, so she could go home. I was extremely confused and felt extremely put on the spot. We continued the conversation, and the sales rep. started to get very rude and pushy. IE: telling me I couldn't get a certain amount for my trade-in, and couldn't get certain interest rates (even though I did my research before meeting with him). Needless to say, we left without purchasing the car. I had left never wanting to return back to Dorschel but, my boyfriend convinced me that I should look into financing through my bank, privately selling my car and still getting the car from Dorschel. I did go this route and then worked with Mark Fujimura to finalize the sale. Mark Fujimura was a pleasure to work with. Mark was friendly accommodating, and personable. Mark did not hassle me about wanting to finance directly through the bank. Mark clearly discussed everything on the purchase agreement and went over different options for warranty. He worked directly with my bank to finalize the sale. I will definitely be recommending Mark Fujimura to my friends and family and will return to him for future purchases. I am very happy with the car and giving Dorschel a second chance. More
Great price, pushy salesman While I would definitely highly recommend Dorschel in terms of great cars and prices, I was disappointed in the service given by Frank Gattellaro. Whe While I would definitely highly recommend Dorschel in terms of great cars and prices, I was disappointed in the service given by Frank Gattellaro. When he first showed my wife and I the three cars we were interested in, he was very friendly and helpful. He let us choose the car we wanted, helped us get great financing, and was patient. However, once the topic of the five year Allstate coverage regarding major repair issues came up, his demeanor became condescending and rude. At this point in the sale, my mother-in-law, who came from over an hour away in bad weather, was sitting with us in his cubicle. When she stated that she did not think it was worth buying the policy, Frank said he highly discouraged it. He continued to press this coverage despite persistent refusals from my wife and I. Eventually he said to my mother-in-law that she better be ready to pay for the expensive repairs we would eventually acquire. It was very insulting and ungrateful considering he just sold a car. At this point, we left the dealership to let him get the paperwork in order. When we came back, without my in-laws, he was a bit friendlier. However, the first thing he did was bring up the Allstate coverage again. It bothered me that I had to re-explain that I was NOT interested. Ultimately, I would definitely return to Dorschel, but next time I will ask for anyone BUT Frank Gattellaro. More

Great Experience I have not needed to shop for a car in 19 years and I was dreading it, but my experience at Dorschel was very positive. The salesman was easy to talk I have not needed to shop for a car in 19 years and I was dreading it, but my experience at Dorschel was very positive. The salesman was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. With their large inventory, he found just the car I was looking for. All the options I wanted and the right color as well. The test drive was great. He explained all the different features. I really like the "clear, simple, different" philosophy they have at Dorschel. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
