We decided to try a Rav4 first, and he went to get the vehicle for us to test drive. When he found out it had sold, he brought back an even better match to our needs, lower mileage and including the "Limited" features we really wanted. He accompanied us on our test drive, made friendly conversation and never pressured us. When we made the decision to purchase the Rav4, he managed all the necessary paperwork for our trade-in, Toyota financing, DMV and insurance through contacting our agent. It was a pleasant overall experience, and we have already recommended him and the dealership to friends. More

There was no hidden charges, everything was laid out. No need to sweat by the pressure from the sale manager like other dealerships. The sales person Ian Lewert thus can be very efficient and friendly but firmly sticks to the sale price. Although we know other places like Batavia has a same car with more add-on items, and would compete with the price with Dorschel, we are happy to buy from Dorschel for its reputation and from our past experience, and with the fact that it doesn't have other hidden cost which we have seen too many from other dealerships. This is a good way to do business if you have done your research and have your choice/decision made up. We are happy with the trade-in price for our old car too. More

This is the first and only luxury automobile we have purchased, Frank was very understanding or our complicated situation of trading in older used vehicles and gave us a reasonable trade in value for these autos with the assistance of Rusty. The "comp check" system at Dorschel really does give you the lowest price, and we were impressed with the prices and the quality of the service. Frank had us briefed on the Entune system with Frank Montalbano who was very helpful. The manager Evan Stark we greatly appreciate for helping optimize our purchase experience.
