Finally, you must meet lovely Elizabeth who helps with one's choice of sales packages ie ceramic finish, extended warranty, etc Overall, it was a positively remarkable experience and I left at peace and with much happiness in my heart. Bought our last two vehicles there. Won’t go back. Waited three hours for an inspection. They came out with all these little things that had to be fixed or cleaned. $195 in labor. And I only waited one hour after I approve the work. $75 in parts. They said they were doing a car wash but didn’t I went back and asked them to do it. When I got home I found out a cracked piece from my wheel well missing probably from the car wash. Called there twice asking for them to get back to me and maybe look for the part. No one has called . More
We just bought a new 2024 Sienna from Bob Johnson Toyota. This is our third Toyota van. I've never experienced a car dealer where the staff knew so little about what they sell. Or really cared. The experience was sub-par from when we ordered it six months ago to the recent delivery. The salesman had little time to answer or find correct answers to our questions, and made things up that he expected us to believe. It was clear that they didn't really care, and they made it obvious that they could always sell Siennas regardless of customer satisfaction. Delivery was limited to taking our money, handing over the keys, and waving good bye. We had a few questions about features, which they didn't have answers for. We Googled for answers, and had to inform them what we found on other dealer web sites - very pitiful. There are other dealers in town that we should have gone with. We certainly won't return to this dealer for service. More

Took my 2021 4Runner (19800 miles)in for the final “Toyota Care” service and oil change. Service advisor suggested I get it inspected and I said okay, bad choice. A different advisor came to discuss w “Toyota Care” service and oil change. Service advisor suggested I get it inspected and I said okay, bad choice. A different advisor came to discuss what they said needed to be done to pass inspection. He said the rear brakes were corroded (due to Rochester environment) and needed to be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled ~$165, wiper refills @$36 (which were torn) needed cabin air filter @ $78, engine air filter @~$46, I declined all service paid the $21 inspection. If I had trusted them my bill would have been $416 included plugging on tire but not fixing a rim leak on another tire. Took my vehicle to my mechanic who inspected the brakes and found them to be in like new condition and it passed inspection (I replaced wiper inserts). They were astonished that a Toyota dealer service center would not pass the brake system. It’s sad that a Toyota certified service center would fabricate a lie to make few bucks. I will not use Bob Johnson or recommend them for any service work on any vehicle. Avoid this service center. More
My vehicle was in yesterday for annual inspection which was accomplished quickly and professionally. When I got home, I noticed on the paper work, was mentioned a courtesy top off of fluids, air pressur was accomplished quickly and professionally. When I got home, I noticed on the paper work, was mentioned a courtesy top off of fluids, air pressure, and wash. The vehicle was certainly not washed, and since that was not accomplished, I have doubts the other items were completed as well. I understand it would have been complimentary, however, if the service is not done, it really should not be stated as so. More
