We searched for a while and visited several dealerships but either didn’t find what we were looking for or didn’t feel confident in giving them our business. From the moment I met Frank, I felt his genuine but either didn’t find what we were looking for or didn’t feel confident in giving them our business. From the moment I met Frank, I felt his genuineness and wanted to purchase from him. Frank didn’t pressure us; he listened to our family’s needs and offered several vehicles based on our price point and requirements. He allowed us to do a side-by-side comparison of the final two vehicles, helping us measure space and even placing our double stroller inside. To our surprise, the second vehicle fit all our needs better. Ironically, we had originally decided against it because of space concerns, but Frank showed us the redesigned model, which was comparable to our initial choice and slightly bigger—perfect for us. Given our strict budget due to other major expenses, Frank and Tyler worked diligently to stay as close to our budget as possible. We are deeply grateful and appreciative. Shopping with them transformed what is usually a dreaded experience into a blessing. We wish them and their families all the very best. More

Everyone at Bob Johnson Toyota is very nice and they will work together which is wonderful! I love my new Camry and everyone who asks where it from I tell them and refer them to see Joe! Stay away from this business. They are not honest. I was told my check was not received to pay off my vehicle after it was mailed in 3 weeks prior. The bank said it cleared and They are not honest. I was told a vehicle would be available and sent my insurance card and registration to the salesperson. When I went to confirm it would be ready, I was told there was no vehicle. More

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a Toyota Prius from Bob Johnson Toyota, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the wait time for the car was absolutely ridiculous. The saga began when I placed an order for a Toyota Prius in August 2023. Months passed without any updates on the status of my order. Despite my inquiries, the dealership seemed unable to provide any information on the whereabouts of my car. It's baffling that a reputable dealership like Bob Johnson Toyota couldn't even track the status of an order placed with Toyota. After enduring months of waiting in limbo, I was finally approached and asked if I would be willing to settle for another Prius if one became available. At this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency from the dealership. Upon delivery of the car, my frustration only intensified when I discovered that I was given only one key fob. When I questioned the dealership about the second key, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional six months or longer to receive it. This level of inconvenience and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable, especially considering the full market value I paid for the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. In conclusion, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota was marred by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. I will certainly never consider buying from this dealership again, nor will I ever trust Toyota after this ordeal. I cannot in good faith recommend them to others. More
The people who work at Bob Johnson Toyota are not just nice. They are fabulous people who made me feel at ease immediately. They are helpful and very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. I know if I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle, they will go out of their way to make sure I get answers that will satisfy me and reinforce the fact that they are positively awesome.
