We were looking for a new fuel-efficient vehicle and started asking for recommendations. Brian explained the process to us, because let’s face it, buying a vehicle today is not like buying one a few years ago. Jonathan helped us through financing, and Arianna helped us set up and understand the computer system features. The whole process has streamlined. Bought a 2020 Ford Escape with 700 miles on it and within 3 days it shut down while driving on hwy at 65 mph. I had it in the shop for over 30 consecutive days with no answers...just a run around. Sales MANAGER was completely useless and condescending. After having my car for over a month she insisted it was the first time she heard of any problems. Instead she was more concerned on whether or not the service department called me. She physically grabbed my phone out of my hand in the middle of the sales floor to check my call history. The vehicle continues to bog down constantly, the Ford pass feature has worked ONCE, and never again. Every member of the sales AND service department LIED repeatedly. They will not respond to online request for service or return my calls. It's been a yr later and I'm still chasing problems. They had to fix a leak near the gas and brake pedals and left a giant hole behind it where I can see insulation and the outside. Both back doors of the vehicle do not close all the way. The main screen of the vehicle is now going out on a daily basis. Zero modem connection. My airbag light is STILL blinking (they claimed they fixed it) Front crash sensors repeatedly giving error messages. I'm sure I'm forgetting many more issues that I've encountered... they never stop. So, do yourself a giant favor and don't even pull in to Bill Dubes. They are crooks and liars. More
This was by far our best experience yet at Bill Dube's. We've purchased two new vehicles previously with Bill Dube & this time we purchased a used vehicle. We would highly recommend him if you're in need of purchasing an automobile. He is extremely friendly, honest & didn't apply any pressure as to making a sale. We had a small concern with the front brake directly after leaving the dealership & driving the car home. We called Shawn directly (this ended up being after business hours.) He called us immediately after speaking with his manager, Jerry & stated that a service person would call me in the morning. Tony from service called me first thing in the morning & arranged for a tow truck to pick the vehicle up that day & by the next day they had put new brake pads & made sure all was in working order. All of this service above & beyond was done immediately with no charge. When we picked it up the second time Rob in service answered all of our questions to do with the work that was done & very friendly, courteous & professional. (Even at 5 minutes before closing time.) We say all of this not as a negative but to explain how well we were taken care of even when buying a second hand vehicle. As we all know second hand vehicles are not new & not perfect & as a consumer you sometimes take a chance that things could go wrong. Bill Dube delivered for us whether we were buying new or used. We will highly recommend Shawn Harvey & will be looking forward to working with him in the future when we purchase our next vehicle!! Thanks Shawn! More
Salesman SAM was NOT knowledge about cars available, prices, etc. sals manager Donna was extremely pushy and didn't listen to what we were looking for. Assured us a vehicle was in our price range when it was actually $4000 more than our max! Sam followed up several times after we left and was condescending and rude. He basically said we were stupid to think we could find a good used car for $14,000. FYI Sam- we bought a car 6 days later less than a mile down the road. Bill Dube Toyota personnel could use some customer service training. Thanks for nothing! More

This dealership has no idea the amount of stress they cause me and my family in buying a used 4runner. DEBBIE Dube should be ashamed. The story is long so let me sum it up. We found the truck we wanted there, it has some issues was way under book price. They said they weren't going to fix it. Then Brian Doyle calls back and says they would fix it, but we have to put down payment before they could and We sign papers, sell my car, give our $3,000 deposit. They said they would fix it.…. Two weeks go by…still no title… THEY SOLD US A CAR WITH NO TITLE. 1 month goes by... my family of 4 still doesn't have the car... no title still? Refused to give us a rental while we wait. This sounds so fishy. BRIAN DOYLE AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE IS SHADY AND LAIRS. We practically begged them for our deposit back. Drove up in our new 4runner we purchased elsewhere to pick up our check. 1 month later my brother goes there unknowing my experience and tests drives the 4runner still with the broken windshield and tail lights… they never even fixed it.… and guess what else?? They listed it for 10,000 more then what I was originally going to buy it for. I tried calling Debby dube to tell her my families experience but guess what she was on vacation. DEBBY DUBE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS PLACE. DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCREWED HARD!!!!! I will make sure that everyone knows about my experience even if I have to stand in front of there dealership with a sign!!!!! Thanks for stealing my money and leaving me without a car!!!! More

After having leased two vehicles from Bill Dube Toyota/Ford, my wife and I purchased a one year old Rav4. One year removed, we are informed by another dealer that, according to its carfax report, Toyota/Ford, my wife and I purchased a one year old Rav4. One year removed, we are informed by another dealer that, according to its carfax report, there was moderate damage to the vehicle on all sides. As a consumer, I will take my share of the responsibility for not requesting the carfax prior to purchasing the vehicle, which resulted in a loss of thousands of dollars when we traded it in at a competing dealer. Bill Dube Toyota/Ford were completely unwilling to step up and do the right thing when confronted. Suffice it to say, before you consider purchasing a vehicle from ANY dealer, be sure to ask to view the related carfax, however, especially Bill Dube Toyota/Ford, as they clearly have zero reservations about selling a vehicle with a compromised history and thus are far from trustworthy.
