What Others Say

I highly recommend you ask for Brian Doyle at the Bill Dube Toyota car dealership. He is the best! He is so knowledgeable and an all around great guy. I will keep getting my vehicles from him each and every time! Remember, ask to deal with Brian Doyle!

Been going through Bill Dube for my last 4 vehicles. Fast, honest and upfront about options and deals available. Don't think I would ever work with another business for my vehicles. Brian Doyle and team always has a way of finding exactly what I need in a range that is reasonable and realistic. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing my third vehicle through Brian Doyle at Bill Dube Toyota, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Each experience has been exceptional, but this last one truly stood out. When my transmission blew (not a vehicle I purchased at Bill Dube), I was understandably stressed about the situation. However, within a few hours, Brian had me in a new vehicle! Not only did he find the perfect car for me, but he also went the extra mile by sending a vehicle to pick me up and also had all the paperwork ready to go before I even arrived at the dealership. His dedication to customer service is unmatched; he made the process seamless and stress-free. I genuinely appreciate everything he does for his customers. His willingness to help and his deep knowledge of vehicles make him my go-to guy for any future purchases. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Brian Doyle at Bill Dube Toyota. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Brian, for making my car-buying experience so enjoyable!

Be careful of false advertising. I contacted Dube because of an advertised price on a 2024 Tacoma that my daughter was interested in purchasing. When I asked for an out the door price, they increased the price by $2675, stating that they had mistakenly put the wrong price on the website blaming confusion on having multiple websites. I understand mistakes are made, but they were not interested in working on the price. They also suggested that I would attempt to sell the vehicle overseas.

This dealer sold my daughter her first car after graduating from college, a 2024 Corolla Hybrid with 2000 miles on it, which we thought was a NEW car until late in the selling process. During the three-hour plus selling/financing marathon, a price was agreed upon, but somehow, what the salesman called a service fee of just under $500 was mysteriously added into the contract she was asked to sign. Eventually, my daughter was handed the keys at the 5:00 pm closing time, and the salesman sent her on her way without one word of instruction about how the vehicle or its electronic or other features worked. My daughter wanted to put $5000 down but the dealer would not permit her to put more than $2500 down, I suspect because of some incentive by Toyota Finance to maximize face value of the loan. But the troubles had just begun. About two weeks after bringing the car home, we discovered a six-inch slash in the sidewall of the left front tire. I called the dealer to ask that it be replaced, and the sales manager said, "Sorry, it is IMPOSSIBLE that the tire was slashed before you left, and you've had the car for two weeks, there's nothing we can do for you". For the record, the slash was not that easy to see, but when I offered to email a photo of the tire to him, he said, "You can, but it won't make any difference". What I object to was the dealer's gross unwillingness to LISTEN or even LOOK at the tire. At this point, I drove to the dealership, quite unhappy, asked to speak to the general manager (the daughter of the owner, I believe), but before I could bring my daughter's car in to SHOW her the tire, the general manager called to tell me that all she would be willing to do would be to "help me get a price" for a new tire that I would have to purchase. Maybe you have to be a car salesman to think that cheating a young woman buying her first car is fair game. In any case, this transaction falls within the Lemon Law statute in New Hampshire, and this is where it will end.

Be careful with your trade-ins and sales. They have no problem lowballing you on the real worth of your vehicle. You could have valid price ranges from KBB and they'll lie about the true value of your vehicle. KBB will say it's worth 3k-3.5k; Dube will say "at 'our' auction it's worth 1.5k...we'll give ya 1k" I repeat: Be careful with your trade-ins and sale with Bill Dube, they will make blantent attempt to con you.
