John O'connor was outside assisting people. He was extremely helpful and courteous when I spoke to him. He showed me the vehicle and within a week my husband and I returned to purchase a 2010 #2 hybri extremely helpful and courteous when I spoke to him. He showed me the vehicle and within a week my husband and I returned to purchase a 2010 #2 hybrid. Ownership paper dating was a problem. Garage Service staff are outstanding. I would ask for John when I buy my next car. He is a gentleman and knows his vehicles. More
This was a great experience. My husband and I (with our baby and dog!) stopped by the dealership late in the day to drive a used minivan. We were on our way north for a few days and had been shopping for baby and dog!) stopped by the dealership late in the day to drive a used minivan. We were on our way north for a few days and had been shopping for a 2009 Sienna for about a week. We arrived at the dealership, and were driving the car within 15 minutes. The price was competitive, and the staff was very very friendly. They obviously like their jobs and each other, and work hard. It does feel like a family business. We purchased the car, and will recommend this dealer to our friends looking for a Toyota. More

Went to only look at a car told them up front I could not purchase a car now but after hammering me for 4 hours and having my keys and registration I signed for a new car, Two days later I wanted to return t purchase a car now but after hammering me for 4 hours and having my keys and registration I signed for a new car, Two days later I wanted to return the vehicle and get my trade in they would not do it I felt that I had 3 business days to change the contract. When I went into the finance office it was locked behind me making more intimindations. Then the straw that broke the camels back was when I finally looked at needing to register the vehicle I noticed the price on the invoice was $500.00 more than the sticker on the window, I called and the Sales Manager said they changed it because they were not giving me as much for my trade in (which was the amount in the Kelly Blue Book) so they added it to the new car. At this point I went into Rochester Toyota and told them what I was facing and we worked out a deal for a lease car. So after 40 plus years of owning new cars I do not own one and loss a lot of money to get away from them. So if anyone is looking for Toyota I would say stay away from Bill Dube,Inc. More

Went there to buy a new truck with my wife. They said they had a Silver one for me to look at. When I got there there wasn't a Silver one but a white. I looked at it anyway and took it for a ride with my wife. she drove. We liked the truck, but not the color, they said they could give us a better deal on the white one because it was in stock, I said no to the color, we looked at numbers anyway and they were way off, I told them I would be better of selling it outright, they said good luck as they pulled a auction book out to show me what they were going for at auctions, I walked as they were laughing saying good luck. They were always very polite and they worked VERY hard to get me into the vehicle of my choice. I never felt pressured and everything went the way I wanted! I left with the best possible deal in my eyes and get me into the vehicle of my choice. I never felt pressured and everything went the way I wanted! I left with the best possible deal in my eyes and they went out of their way and I believe they didn't make much, if any, out of the sale. It wasn't your typical sales experience... I liked it! More

We scheduled a visit and he had 3 different cars for me feel pressured to buy in any way. Ryan knew from my on line choices what I was looking for. Driving down the highway one day I saw someone with a sign on their vehicle stating, "I will never buy another car from Bill Dube." I thought perhaps this ONE person had a bad experience (very bad consi sign on their vehicle stating, "I will never buy another car from Bill Dube." I thought perhaps this ONE person had a bad experience (very bad considering they had a customized magnetic sign made). So, when my driver's side power window stopped working, I decided to give Bill Dube Toyota an opportunity to service my vehicle.....BIG MISTAKE. They overcharged me by $65 from what I was quoted. I told them, "I would rather buy a brand new vehicle than pay this bill (knowing that I would have the bill rolled into the new car loan) , it that possible?" No one took me seriously. I showed an interest in buying my loaner car, yet no one would give me a price. As I was was reading the comments on the invoice the service rep, Bill, ripped the document out of my hands stating that I wasn't allowed to read the comments but then he proceed to read it to me. I'd like to see him do that to a man!!! These people are the epitome of the slimmy, good 'ol boy, car dealership. The next business day I called to notify them of my experience. The next call I received was from a sales rep trying to sell me a car (a little too late). I have yet to receive a call from a Service rep to discuss the amount I was overcharged. Before I left I told them, "This is my first experience with this dealership and it will be my last." Bill replied, "I don't want to hear that." Well sorry Bill, you'll never see me again or anyone else I can save from being ripped-off and humiliated. More
