The only complaint I have is the fact that they wouldn't have time to fix a recall item but were able to do a tune up and coolant flush in addition to oil change and tire rotation. All paid items. Worst service ever! Took Explorer in with coolant leak. Told water pump needed to be replaced (which on Ford means pulling the engine so $1500 because so much labor - no wonder there is a class action laws Told water pump needed to be replaced (which on Ford means pulling the engine so $1500 because so much labor - no wonder there is a class action lawsuit over this problem), left car Wednesday morning and Shannon guaranteed would be back by Friday. They waited to start repairs, but as of Friday afternoon we were told would be finished by end of the day, and then Shannon left passing up off to Tony. Went to pick up car end of day, told it wasn't ready, replaced water pump but still not fixed (so why did you replace the water pump then?), no idea what is wrong, no information, Tony could have cared less and was no help, somehow technician was already gone (even though Tony claimed he just talked to him), and as it was Labor Day weekend, check back Tuesday. Worst service experience ever. No idea what is going on with the car, if we hadn't showed up in person we wouldn't even know what was going on, and now we've had engine pulled and water pump replaced and its not even fixed. Service reps work on commission so makes me wonder. Complete lack of information and customer care. More

When I pulled in to the service department a guy greeted me. He was very nice and helpful getting my service taken care of. Unfortunately, once the service was done, no one called me to let me know my truck me. He was very nice and helpful getting my service taken care of. Unfortunately, once the service was done, no one called me to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. I finally called and was told it was done. With only 20 minutes to get there before they closed up for the night, I talked to girls at the desk and they were able to stay 5 minutes past closing time so I could pick up my truck. So it was aggravating I didn’t know my truck was done, but they were able to stay to get me checked out. More
