Excellent in-person service. Called about a recall and oil change appointment, but the guy on the phone was quite rude ... so much so that I considered switching Ford dealerships for my service needs. But I went in the following day and as usual, the in-person service I received was top-notch (I could tell it wasn't the guy on the phone from the previous day) and I even had my 15K service done, which I didn't know I needed until my in-person rep mentioned. Joe did a great job taking care of my family. We were in for 2 separate warranty issues on a 2019 f150 and on a 2020 explorer. He did a great job communicating with us and worked to get the problems resolve for 2 separate warranty issues on a 2019 f150 and on a 2020 explorer.
