Professional and Quick I made the appointment with my normal Service Representative, who told me he would be on vacation that day, but his co-workers would take care of me. I made the appointment with my normal Service Representative, who told me he would be on vacation that day, but his co-workers would take care of me. I arrived on time at 7:45am. I spoke with Rick and he said he would be right with me. We filled out the work request and I went to the waiting area. At 8:45am Charlie (part of my normal Rep's team) came out and we went through the repair bill including a $10.00 discount. It was a quick stop for my 2017 Regal service (oil change and tire rotation). I appreciate everyone's help including the Tech who worked on my vehicle. Well done. More

Steering Recall and Preventive Maintenance After receiving a recall notice (power steering control module) for a possible steering issue; I went by Berglund to see if the recall and an oil chan After receiving a recall notice (power steering control module) for a possible steering issue; I went by Berglund to see if the recall and an oil change could be performed. I was pleased that the Berglund employee said that I could come back in 2 hours and the work could be done. When I went back, there was 1 car in the check-in area, and 1 person in the waiting room. I thought, wow, maybe I won't be here very long. Not so lucky. 2-1/4 hours later, the recall and oil change was finished. When I got back in my truck, I checked to see if the oil life monitor was reset. It still showed 11% remaining. It was not a big deal, so I reset it myself. What I thought was funny was that the service invoice shows (3) Three times "RESET OIL LIFE MONITOR". So I wondered if the oil was actually changed. I looked under my truck and did see a new oil filter. So I guess the oil was changed, although the oil on the dipstick was black. Maybe new oil is now black. More
Horrible sales/ horrible service I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. The service department is just as bad. The sales and service team just want to get you out of there, and move on regardless of your troubles. More
