Over 5 months in the Bedford service department with a bad transmission, then valve body then a programming issue . How ridiculous can service get . Tired of playing the blame game . At this point I would never buy another GMC or anything type of vehicle from Berglund . I own two now , never again . I will go elsewhere for my new vehicle in the future.
This dealership was extremely transparent and up front about everything. We got a great deal and they were straightforward about everything!
4 months in the Bedford service department with bad transmission on 80k GMC Sierra. Wanted me to pay $8000 to replace it . Waited 3 months for new transmission and new one was bad too . Replacing junk with junk . What good is the “ GREAT “vehicles they brag about if you can’t get reliable replacement parts. Communication was horrible. “Call GMc corp office “ they say then corp says “ Call the dealership “ Tried of fooling with them and the whole situation. Doubt I will ever buy another GM or deal with Berglund again . I owe one Berglund avalanche and Farrell ford Ton truck , so I’ve been a owner since 2000 . What a shame we have come to this ridiculous Situation.
