4 months in the Bedford service department with bad transmission on 80k GMC Sierra. Wanted me to pay $8000 to replace it . Waited 3 months for new transmission and new one was bad too . Replacing junk transmission on 80k GMC Sierra. Wanted me to pay $8000 to replace it . Waited 3 months for new transmission and new one was bad too . Replacing junk with junk . What good is the “ GREAT “vehicles they brag about if you can’t get reliable replacement parts. Communication was horrible. “Call GMc corp office “ they say then corp says “ Call the dealership “ Tried of fooling with them and the whole situation. Doubt I will ever buy another GM or deal with Berglund again . I owe one Berglund avalanche and Farrell ford Ton truck , so I’ve been a owner since 2000 . What a shame we have come to this ridiculous Situation. More
Was sold a lemon and they refuse to help me! ('17 Lincoln Mkc) been dealing with misfiring issue from 1 month after I brought car. (This is my 2nd time going back) berglund service department re ('17 Lincoln Mkc) been dealing with misfiring issue from 1 month after I brought car. (This is my 2nd time going back) berglund service department refuse to work on the car told me to go to Ford-Lincoln dealership because they wouldn't have the parts that I needed but they didn't bother to check the problem. Long story short spark plugs and engine coils has been replaced 3xs and now Ford-Lincoln dealership will not work on the car because it's an internal issue. PLEASE BE CARE WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! the cars are sold as is they bid on cars that were repossessed or traded in because of issue etc. More
Went to visit this dealership for a Ram 1500 they have for sale. Met "David", who didn't even come out to me, I had to come to him near the dealer door. I asked if I could see and view the Ram, he instruc for sale. Met "David", who didn't even come out to me, I had to come to him near the dealer door. I asked if I could see and view the Ram, he instructed me to follow him to get the keys. As we enter the building, he wants me to sit down in his office to get all of my contact information and I ask "can I see the truck before getting to the specifics". David replies "What, are you just tire kicking today? Looking to get out and spin some wheels?" Yes, the dealership will respond to this review with "we need your information for our CRM", however, you do not. If I become interested in the vehicle and trust/like your team, I will gladly give you my PERSONAL information. But to be pressured into it before I can even see inside the truck, get lost. David's cockiness is off the charts; he event told me to complain to the manager and pointed to his desk. More
