Outstanding service at Berglund Chevrolet! The door and/or fender somehow got out of adjustment on my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro which resulted in the door rubbing up against the fender and rubbing The door and/or fender somehow got out of adjustment on my 2017 Chevrolet Camaro which resulted in the door rubbing up against the fender and rubbing the paint off. So I left it with Berglund for repairs. Marvin Brown oversaw things and this was a great experience from beginning to end. The car was sent to their body shop and those guys did an outstanding job. Everything is lined up perfectly now and they even touched up the paint to make it look brand new. They also didn't charge me a penny and covered everything under warranty even though I read on google that door adjustments aren't normally covered by most manufacturers. Everyone involved were so nice and they kept me informed every day as to the status of the repair. I highly recommend the service department at Berglund Chevrolet! More

Excellent service, but still nervous. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Berglund in 2016, it currently has 44,000 miles on it. The check engine light came on and I immediately took it to I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Berglund in 2016, it currently has 44,000 miles on it. The check engine light came on and I immediately took it to the Berglund lot / garage where I purchased it. Found that it needed a new water pump, cooling system needed filling, crankshaft front oil seal replacement, intake manifold replacement, and camshaft cover replacement. This seems like a lot for a 2014 model. My warranty luckily covered the repairs, and I found that my warranty expires next week! Yikes, talk about perfect timing. My fingers are crossed that all is good. Service was professional and work was completed in a timely manner, just disappointed to see so much go wrong with a newer model so quickly. More
