Extremely Unsatisfied Failed inspection because my airbag light was on. Got an email that there was a recall on my car about the very same thing. Made an appointment with B Failed inspection because my airbag light was on. Got an email that there was a recall on my car about the very same thing. Made an appointment with Berglund to fix and was told beforehand that just because there is a recall does not mean that that’s really the problem. Took the car in and recall was completed, but the light was still on. Was told that there was ANOTHER reason why the light was on. Made another appointment. Paid $100 and was told the ORC module was defective and that cost $800 to fix. This is the 3rd time I have had this type of problem with the same Berglund on Franklin Rd. The last time it went to the manager who ASSURED me that he would be fixed, but the problem never was. I just made a call to Chrysler’s customer service and went to another dealer. So unhappy and unsatisfied with this place. I DREAD having to deal with them. I have only gone back because they are the only Chrysler dealer here in Roanoke. I think I’ll just drive to Christiansburg to get the work done. More

Tire rotation My husband took the vehicle for tire rotation. Although I think that should be included from when I bought the vehicle at Berglund... it was not. That part bothers me a bit as they said that unless I bought the tires there, rotation isn't covered. Guess what.... I bought the tires that came on the jeep... I'm sure I didn't get them for free. That I feel is a bad customer experience. As far as the actual service went though, my husband says the guy was very professional and helpful. My husband wanted to clean the rims before as the guy was pulling them off and they guy was very nice about allowing him to do that. I do recommend the service center. :-) More
