I went in for a recall, and unfortunately, the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman who assisted me gave me information that turned out not to be accurate, never provided me with a r experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The woman who assisted me gave me information that turned out not to be accurate, never provided me with a receipt or any paperwork explaining what was actually done, and basically told me they had to perform the recall work to make sure the dealership got paid. Before that, she also tried to convince me that I needed a new third brake light, even though I had literally just had all of my brake lights replaced the week before. On top of that, I still haven't received any follow-up or explanation regarding the recall itself. Communication and transparency go a long way, and I didn't receive either. Based on my experience, I definitely would not recommend this dealership. More
