Was complimented on my high credit score by several employees and was rewarded with an initial interest rate over 10%. Would have used the dealers financing opportunities had the contract price been what was agreed to and had the interest rate been competitive. Again, what I typically expect from a dealership trying to maximize their profit. More

I was experiencing a clunking & knocking sound coming from the front end of my Grand Cherokee L. The technician that was in charge of finding problem said it was the shocks because they were leaking. They replaced the shocks & struts but the noise was still there. The service manager Wes did some reaching & found out it was the sway bar. They repaired it & that took care of the problem. The only issue i had really had was communication. I had to call to get updates on if my vehicle was repaired or not. More
