I was told shuttle service isn't offered for oil change and tire rotation customers. That's a big inconvenience. My truck is also making noise after the tire rotation. I will always have my 2022 Ram serviced here at your dealership. My last experience was good. However, it took awhile to get anyone in the service department on the phone. I dropped my Ram off last Frid dealership. My last experience was good. However, it took awhile to get anyone in the service department on the phone. I dropped my Ram off last Friday and wasn’t provided an update until my wife called on Tuesday. I like actually talking to a person not an AI lady named Mia. I tried twice using the service portal by message and by phone on Monday with no response. Just a courtesy. More
