Dan Nalley got back to us immediately. Over the following few days, we dealt with both Dan Nalley and Bob Baierl and ultimately bought two vehicles. Both Dan and Bob were terrific. In particular, Dan worked above and beyond by washing cars himself to get us out of there on time, and for helping to keep some extracurricular paperwork moving for us.
