A smiling and upbeat/energetic lady walked out and introduced herself. Her name is Stephanie DiCarlo. She treated me like I was her best customer from beginning to end. She still takes my calls personally and helps me with anything I need from accessories, sales to service. My first purchase was a 2012 Highlander Hybrid!. I liked my experience so much that I bought a new Prius V a few months later. THe salesman that delivered the car was Dan Nalley and he was exceptional too. He actually delivered the car to my house!!!. My wife never set foot in the dealership for either vehicle purchase! Dan not only brought it to our house at 9 at night(only time we were available) but he stayed well after 10 explaining everything to her. He could not have been more pleasant and patient!!! I give them the highest recommendation possible and suggest you look this team up the minute you arrive at their dealership!!. My experience with this dealership was outstanding. I was going out of town over a holiday weekend and my ac in my car was shot. I called the store up and told me to bring in my car asap and they would have going out of town over a holiday weekend and my ac in my car was shot. I called the store up and told me to bring in my car asap and they would have a rental car for me ready to go so I would have ac for the long weekend road trip. It only took Pat and Kristen 30 minutes if that to find me a rental car and fill out all the paper work. The customer service I received was excellent and I would always take my car back to them for all parts and service. Kristen and Pat went out of there way for me when they didn't have to due to the fact it was a Friday and weekend holiday and the place was super busy. I was treated with respect and made sure I had everything I needed. I want to say thank you again to Patrick and Kristen for being so helpful and treating me with the best customer service I ever had with any car dealership. More
I have bought may cars over the years and I can say that the folks at Baierl Toyota are the best in the business you can find anywhere. I have had 4 experiences with this dealership.. I bought my Toyota there (used) and have had it in for service 3 times. I have been unsatisfied with every visit. When I bought my car, they had to get the spare key from another dealership, which they said they'd have for me the next day, when I picked my car up. When I came to get my car, no spare key. As I was pulling out of the lot, it almost stalled twice. I didn't have time to go back right then, as it was lunchtime on a work day. I called them and brought it in a few days later. They told me that since nothing lit up on the service codes, there was nothing wrong. They also cut me a spare key, which they then tried to charge me $100 for. I had to demand to speak to the manager to get it corrected. For my third experience, I thought everything was great... Changed my oil, rotated the tires... Did not do anything with the alignment and then suddenly, my car pulled to the right. They said it wasn't their fault; I could bring it back if I wanted. Waited for a month or two, and decided to give them one last try, as other people have told me good things. I scheduled an appointment for an alignment and a few minor things. I show up, and they tell me their alignment machine has been broken and they're waiting on a part. Nobody had the decency to call me and tell me that before I drove out there. I ended up dropping a substantial amount of cash, as I needed new tires (I was told they were new when I bought the car... They were not) and was told they should have the part for the alignment the next day. A woman called me late in the afternoon to let me know it was in and I said I would call back today to schedule it. I called this morning, and they told me maybe they could fit me in on Monday, and given attitude like I was being unreasonable, wanting the alignment I had been waiting days for. I will never go back to this place again. Save yourself the frustration. More
I took my Matrix, that had been hit by a tree after a storm, in for body work. While it was in the shop, they broke my windshield (which was not broken by the storm) and they charge MY insurance for it. storm, in for body work. When I questioned them, they said sometimes that happens when they remove a roof and there was no further explanation. THEN when I got the car back, they had oversprayed a scuff mark on my car and it was now permanently stuck to my car. AND they also had chipped the paint around my rear light where they pried the plastic off to fix it. They denied it and I had to LITERALLY work to get them to fix their mistake. I actually had to research and find one of the owner's on facebook. I emailed him and prayed that it would work. The shop manager tried to tell me I was wrong so many times that I wanted to punch him. I had another shop person and even one of the BAIERL workers look at it and they both said it had been oversprayed. THEY finally agreed to fix it but argued with me about the rental (which they owed me because otherwise I wouldn't have a car!) THEN when I drove it I almost crashed because there were waves in the new windshield. I had to have the new windshield replaced THREE times because of the glass. THEN after I finally accepted my car back, I was driving around and I finally used my back door where they had done some work and the cover for the windshield motor on the hatch back FELL OFF!!!!! They broke the tabs on it when they removed it to repair it. It costs $60.00 for me to buy this and repair it myself. I was so pissed that I just dealt with it because there is no way in xxxx that I'm ever going back to these guys. THEN I also realized that they NEVER returned my back carpet that I paid for when I bought the car. It is also expensive. Again.....I just lost my will to fight these freakin' idiots. You would think they would have some type of quality control before they even try to return someone's car to them. When I tried to pay them my deductible they kind of gave me a wink wink nudge nudge and said that everything had been taken care of. These guys are a bunch of dishonest punks. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THEM FOR BODY WORK. If you are dumb enough to go to them anyways, do yourself a favor and TAKE DETAILED PICTURES before they get their claws on the car. I don't know about their sales or other service but if this is the type of people they have no problem hiring for their body shop, I can only imagine what the other departments might be like. I will NEVER go back or EVER buy a Toyota from these guys. I will drive out of state to the dealer I originally purchased my new car from....for my new cars in the future AND any body/service work. More
Horrible experience. Took my Sienna in for warranty work, they smashed my window in the process and badly damaged the paint and interior. They claimed the window was the only damage, but when I showed them the other damage they agreed to fix it. They took my Sienna for the repairs and returned it with only one of the many scratches fixed - the rest filled with car wax. Plus, they damaged the brand new window they installed - they scratched the glass when trying to buff out a really bad scratch. So, they said they'd order parts and fix it and the interior parts they damaged when installing the window. 1.5 weeks passed, no call so I call them. THey said they'd look into it. Another week passed, no call. They have no intent on fixing it. So, if you like your car all smashed up and a dealership that doesn't stand behind their work - BAIERL TOYOTA in Cranberry PA is the place for you. Otherwise - avoid at all costs. More
