They advertise new car with 250 discount and additional 100 off when you inquire on Baierl website however that’s a lie ! My salesman Gavin presented deal with a very low trade value and told me that Baier 100 off when you inquire on Baierl website however that’s a lie ! My salesman Gavin presented deal with a very low trade value and told me that Baierl appeases every car in Kelly blue book “poor condition “ said it smelled like cigarettes, no one has ever smoked in it ! Gavin went over the deal sheet and I asked him why are you making buy warranty , tire and wheel protection and lifetime oil changes for additional 6000 dollars ??His response- Toyota has a lot of electrical issues especially the radio ! I have bought many cars in my lifetime and never Been told that Toyotas have junk electronics!!!! Back to the deal , I questioned him about trade in value and asked if it was actual cash vale - he said yes ! Then I asked why can’t you give me the advertised discount- his reply I’m not taking one penny off this car ! I recommend reading the reviews of this dealership before wasting your time and money ! Definitely worst dealership that have ever encountered, normally buying a new vehicle is easy , plus I have never had a salesman say he’s not discounting a car because it would cut into his commission. The service advisor was extremely rude, and when I asked to speak with the service manager, who was sitting right next to his desk, he just la state.
