We weren't even going to consider Baierl for our purchase, and were going to go back to our previous Toyota dealer until we saw (online) the large (25 or so of each model we wanted to drive) selecti purchase, and were going to go back to our previous Toyota dealer until we saw (online) the large (25 or so of each model we wanted to drive) selection of cars that we were particularly interested in. That got us in the door. Once there, Archie came over to us to help. I hate car shopping and all of the games that car salesmen play. Archie was none of that. He gave us his best price right away and answered every single question that we could throw at him. He knew the products inside and out, and was so pleasant to talk to. He even anticipated things I was going to ask and concerns I had before I even said them. A truly wonderful salesman.....something I didn't think existed. A few days after initiating talks with Archie, we went back to our old dealership to see what they had to offer. They had very few cars on the lot, and their salespeople were awful. They didn't know even the basics about their products, didn't even offer us a chair to sit down in, and offered a price 10% higher. We won't be going back there ever again. Archie is it. I didn't think buying a car could ever be a good experience, but it was. More

Patrick and I worked out a lease transaction. Patrick was easy to work with, answered all my questions and explained the lease cost and process very thoroughly. Baierl Toyota has by far the best service department i have ever dealth with. I have been purchasing vehicles for approximately 40 years and have never dealth with a service department as friendly and com have ever dealth with. I have been purchasing vehicles for approximately 40 years and have never dealth with a service department as friendly and competent as Baierl's service department. I moved into the area where Baierl is located 6 years ago and started going there for service for convenience, even thought I purchased my last vehicle at another Pittsburgh area dealer close to where I resided. My prior dealer service department was very unfriendly. Whenever I called for an appointment ( I am a last minute type person)I would be told I had to wait a week or two as they were booked. This never happens at Baierl. I have literally walked in for service, with no appointment, and the staff gladly serviced my vehicle. In particular, Kristen, Clair, and Steve are incredible. You are treated like family. On my most recent purchase of a vehicle (11/12) I thought of purchasing another brand for a change of pace. ( I have owned many Toyotas). After visiting a Buick dealership and a Subaru dealership,I felt extremely guilty about purchasing another brand from another deaaler. My guilt and loyalty led me directly back to Baierl Toyota and I completed a purchase,including trade in, within 10 minutes. In summation, great dealership, fair prices, and an awesome service department. This all coming from an individual who is not at all related to anybody at this dealership and who is fairly saavy and does his homework. SHOP NOWHERE ELSE!! More
