Baierl Toyota

I have purchased many Toyotas from Baierl in the past and have been very pleased with those vehicles. I was in the market for a replacement vehicle for one of my daughters and found an excellent deal on a u have been very pleased with those vehicles. I was in the market for a replacement vehicle for one of my daughters and found an excellent deal on a used Highlander at Baierl but had some timing issues with the holidays and work schedules. Even so, I told my salesman Patrick Evans, who was really nice to work with, I wanted to purchase the vehicle without seeing it as I was confident it would be exactly what I wanted. Patrick told me if I did not like the vehicle when I saw it I would not be obligated to buy it. The dealership did a fine job of preparing the SUV for me and Patrick kept me advised of its status. When I arrived at the dealership from an out of town trip, Patrick was there to greet me and show me our very new looking used Highlander. Needless to say, it has been one more great Toyota purchase. I would definitely recommend Baierl and Patrick to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

In early September I decided I wanted to trade in my wife’s 2008 Toyota 4runner for a new 4runner. I contacted many dealers online as I had done my research ahead of time and didn’t want to go back an wife’s 2008 Toyota 4runner for a new 4runner. I did my research not only on the new vehicle, but also on the 4runner I wanted. I found the dealers that had what we were looking for and contacted them. Dan got back to me pretty fast and before we even started negotiating he gave me a pretty good price. I set up a time to get my vehicle appraised and was offered what I was expecting based on Auto Trader Trade in Value from the website. Stephanie who is the sales manager was great as well, she was able to get me an awesome rate on financing. We arranged to take delivery of the vehicle one evening after work. We had a few slight issues with the vehicle at delivery, but Dan and Stephanie went WAY out of the way to make things right. They were awesome in all respects and I just referred my neighbor to Dan. It has been to work with Andy Lattner on a recent used car purchase. My son, age 18, unfortunately was involved in an auto accident. Thankfully, he was fine, but the car wasn't. We needed to find new wheels for him quickly since the rental car funding was expiring. I was fortunate enough to get Andy on the phone when I called on the way home from a college visit. I described what we needed and how much we wanted to spend. He quickly called me back with a couple great options. We stopped by that night when we got back to town, and we bought one of the cars Andy suggested. I love Andy's manner and how kind he was to me and my son. I should say that I normally hate buying cars - the hassle, the time it takes, the negotiating, etc. Dealerships can be particularly hard on female buyers. Andy made it so easy. He's just great. My son loves his new/used car. It was very clean, and it showed the care put into the detailing of the cars on their lot. More
