"GREAT EXPERIENCE" I have been anticipating a new car purchase for some time and was referred to Baierl. I started out at Baierl Toyota, not sure why except to possibly I have been anticipating a new car purchase for some time and was referred to Baierl. I started out at Baierl Toyota, not sure why except to possibly get directions to Baierl Subaru or Kia because that is what I thought I was interested in. I walked around the lot before I went inside and noticed the Rav4. I thought I should take a test drive while I was there, you know just to kill time before I went onto the Subaru dealership. Patrick took me for the test drive and I loved everything about the vehicle. He knows the product well, answered every question and did it with professionalism and an awesome sense of humer that diminished any tension and stress I was feeling when I arrived. After the test drive I no longer felt the need to go any further...we sat down and crunched numbers, a few hours later I drove home a great vehicle at a very fair price! The entire experience was painless and actually enjoyable. Every staff member was very helpful and worked hard to get me the deal I was looking for. I will definitely refer Baierl Toyota and Patrick to anyone I know who is looking for a car and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

2014 Sienna Purchase I purchased my 2012 Toyota Avalon at Baierl Toyota so when my wife decided that we needed to buy a mini-van to accomodate the needs of our growing fam I purchased my 2012 Toyota Avalon at Baierl Toyota so when my wife decided that we needed to buy a mini-van to accomodate the needs of our growing family my search began at Baierl Toyota in Cranberry PA. It also ended there with me making the purchase a few weeks later. On my initial consultation with the sales representative Patrick Evans (from whom I had bought my Avalon) I obbtained his "best price". I then spent the next couple of weekends trying to beat his offer...... I could not. Patrick was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and at times quite funny. He made the whole purchase process very easy to handle and after the papers were signed he went over EVERY option on the vehicle. I almost fell asleep in the back seat but my wife absorbed every word! We were both MORE than satisfied and will definitely buy from them again because of Patrick and the great deals! More
