This young man was very helpful in locating a vehicle, taking us on a test drive, explaining cost issues, and coordinating a sale with which we were very pleased. Jordan does an excellent job representing both Baierl and Toyota. Finally, his offer to deliver the car the next day after some required service was completed far exceeded our expectations!. More
I brought my 2006 Scion xB in for a Toyota service campaign to replace the rear hatch handle. I really didn't know what to expect given that I hadn't been to a dealer in quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience and the attention to detail paid by my service advisor Kristen Beswick. Kristen listened to my concerns, answered my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way, and explained the process in detail. Then she made quick arrangements for a shuttle to get me to work on time. When everything was done she called me at work to let me know and made sure I didn't have any questions. I returned to get my vehicle at the end of the work day and Kristen made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Overall, I was very happy with my stress-free trip to Baierl Toyota, which was made possible by the care taken by Kristen and the rest of the team in the service department. I will definitely return there for my future service needs. More
I did NOT want to buy a new car. I had grown VERY attached to my car from 2000, but there was no way that it was going to pass inspection this year. My husband is a researcher, and I am, by degree, an applied mathematician - so we are all about the numbers. We went to another Toyota dealer - and we looked at many different makes of cars. Someone told us that we HAD TO go to Baierl Toyota. We were "assigned" Patrick (I'm not quite sure how we got him - but I am very sure that he and I are best friends now. He missed my birthday but I'm sure that he'll make up for it). I've had my Camry for more than a month now, and I am so happy with it! The whole process with Patrick was funny and informative and easy. (I needed easy because I do NOT like to shop...). Great price, easy financing. Great car. More

Patrick did a great job at looking within our price range and giving us options. When we decided on the Acura, he went over all the features with my son and made sure that he understood everything that the car had to offer as well as gave him the limitations and warnings about it. The woman who did our financing was also very friendly and knowledgable. She made that process painless. All in all a great experience which we have come to expect from that staff and dealership. About a month ago on a snowy Saturday my son slid across a major highway in Erie. It was that 'wake up' call that drove me to resolve our dangerous car situation. The decision had to be made quickly as to get him on the road the next day. A drive up route 19 was all I needed to narrow down the selection to a Rav 4, and a neighbor (Vince Sunseri) recommended I ask for Patrick. Immediately Patrick went into action searching his inventory for what suited our needs seriously never had an easier decision to make. We didn't hesitate to purchase the like new,used Rav 4. It is exactly what I needed to get my family safe. Here is the part I I didn't expect: Making a decision and especially such an important one is stressful. Patrick was thoughtful considerate knowledgable well spoken and even humorous. He taught us so much about our new car, he knew it inside and out. easiest purchase EVER. So, Valentines day our son comes home as a surprise, the next morning the car won't start. It was early in the morning the underlying urgency to get the car running so I could send my son back to school made me call Patrick. He had given me a card with a cell number if I needed anything or had questions he had urged me to call so I did. Too make a long story short (and as not to embarrass myself too much) Patrick arrived in the drive way on a cold snowy day in suit and tie fixed what I had done and once again everything is GOOD. Being ' Certified' and having 'ToyotaCare' we couldn't go wrong, we didn't realize the additional coverage we obtained from Patrick. More

We returned to Baierl after purchasing a car from them in June. The car we purchased in June gave us absolutely NOTHING but problems. We went to Baierl after going to North Hills. I had read reviews online about salesman and found three names with positive reviews: Jordan Smith, Justin Bailey, and Patrick Evans. At the dealership, I asked for one of the three, and they recommended Jordan. My husband was considering an FJ Cruiser as well as a 4runner. Jordan explained that an FJ and 4runner were comparable; it just really depended on our purpose of the vehicle. He had my husband look at the FJ Cruiser first and was upfront and honest regarding the positives (hold their value, the look, rubber interior) and negatives of the vehicle (i.e. blind spots, interior space). We test drove the vehicle during which time we explained we were looking for a vehicle that is in preparation for starting a family. Jordan thought we would be better in a 4runner because of the space. We agreed after test driving the FJ. We then went down and looked at all of the new 4runners in the lot. My husband decided that he wanted a red trail edition. After deciding on our vehicle, we returned to the showroom to start crunching numbers. Our trade was appraised. We explained that we had been to another dealership, and they were willing to give us the same amount without knowing the history of the vehicle purchased. We told him we expected at least another $500, which he was able to get for us. He also moved on the overall price of the vehicle, which when we had went to North Hills they had told us that there was no way Baierl was quoting us that price. We appreciated that when Jordan gave us the paper detailing the cost and trade in, he did not add in the extra options, such as GAP insurance, interior/exterior protection, and extended warranties as North Hills did, only to then take them off as we were haggling price to make it look like they took off the total cost of the vehicle. Additionally, Jordan was able to add in all weather floor mats and a cargo net with the sale. We chose to purchase a bug deflector and cargo mat. Jordan was also honest when he told us the cost of the bug deflector and installation, and did not push the installation. It was a rewarding car buying experience where we felt like the salesman was working on our behalf and not the dealership's. While waiting for the finance department, Jordan kept checking in with us as he was working with other customers as well. Since there was an appointment scheduled for the finance department, they let us go grab something to eat. When we returned, my husband and Jordan did a final walk through of the vehicle, where my husband noticed a scratch on the rear driver's door. Jordan took note. The interior was also not cleaned to my husband's liking, so Jordan took the car back down to have the interior detailed again. Jordan tried to have the scratch buffed out; however, because it could not be, he explained that we would bring it back to have them remove the scratch. In the finance department, Angie was just as wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She got us the lowest possible interest rate and waited to be sure that she had the lowest possible. She explained our different options to us regarding GAP insurance, extended warranties, and Luxcare. We knew we wanted to add GAP insurance. Additionally, she was resourceful in helping us determine the right extended warranty to purchase. She also showed us a demonstration of the Luxcare as well as showed us vehicles with it compared to vehicles without it. Overall, this was a positive buying experience, and we plan to buy from Jordan in the future. More
We purchased a 4unner in June. In the short time of owning our 4runner, the car needed serviced numerous times for lights on the dash. My husband dealt specifically with Kristen Beswick. Although the problem was an expensive one, she did her best to help us throughout the experience. She provided my husband with her direct number, and any time he called she worked with him to resolve the issue. She was fair and honest, and really went above and beyond during all of our service experiences. I commend her for everything she did for us. I do feel as though the problem should have been discovered sooner rather than later by the mechanics as this may have prevented other issues from arising; however, this does not impact our overall views of the service department because of the customer service that Kristen provided.
