I just want simple information about the cars, their features, and I want a salesperson who knows the cars, who will take the time to get to know my needs and make fair recommendations based on them. However, when I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla LE Eco, I was surprised and delighted to meet Patrick Evans. He broke every negative stereotype about the car-buying experience; instead of feeling pressured, he let me take my time coming to a decision as to the best car for me. He provided valuable insight into the relative merits of different cars, he was always helpful and friendly, and I was able to contact him literally 24/7. In my 20 years of buying cars, I never had such a wonderful, relaxed, and actually POSITIVE experience. I didn't know buying a car could be so pleasurable, and much of that is due to Patrick. The price was fair, and no haggling took place. So I recommend without any reservation buying a car at this dealership with Patrick Evans. More

Baierl and especially sales rep Patrick Evans, renewed my faith in Toyota and the Tundra I had been driving for the last 7 years. From the get go, Patrick made my wife and I very comfortable and we rated him the best ever in knowledge of his product. Patrick got us a very good price for our trade-In, and explained the current manufacturer's rebates and price options that would suit us best. Patrick Evans took the time to make sure he got us what we wanted and in our opinion is a real asset to the dealership. Upon completing the purchase and after a thorough explanation of the operation of everything inside the Tundra, Patrick stated to call him if we have any questions about anything. He even stated that he would come to our house to show us how to work accessories if we are having trouble with anything. Now that is service! Oh, and by the way, Baierl of Cranberry Twp. and Patrick, got us $4200.00 more for our trade-in than what the dealership in Moon Twp. offered which was a joke! Would I buy from Baierl and especially Patrick again? You betcha! More
