After spending months frustrated and in tears over not finding a car that was in my price range and dealing with horrible, snotty dealers, thank God Patrick answered the phone when I called the general sales number at Baierl. He emailed price quotes to me in under 10 minutes that were EXACTLY in my price range (he never even asked by the way). I called back and told him that I would be there the next day, when I drove off the lot with my car. People want to feel that "human touch" and respect when they purchase a car and Patrick exudes that philosophy. He's hilarious, honest, smart and down to earth. My FIRST car buying experience was an honest to God dream and I would be surprised if I ever went anywhere else to purchase a car. Experience was quick and easy yet Patrick took the time to make sure I understood the features of my new car and made sure I had his cell phone number. He connected my current smart phone and offered to sync up my new smart phone when i upgrade in a couple of weeks. He kept calling my insurance agent wanting to to make sure the insurance was transferred from Matrix to Prius and asked them to fax a copy of the card so I would be good to go. Insurance Company let me down but not Patrick. He provided the name of his agent since I mentioned I wanted to pursue another agent. I thought I would be overwhelmed by the new technology but that was not the case. Patrick went through everything step by step making sure I understood all the "bells and whistles" of the 2014 Highlander. Patrick is wonderful to work with and very personable.
