The woman at the front desk (no name tag), greeted us while chewing the rest of her breakfast, never cracked a smile and couldn't remember a 5 letter name. When we returned to pick up the car she was equally rude. When another employee heard us talking about her, he said she was new. We said oh and maybe understood a little bit until he said she transferred from another Toyota dealer. She should have been transferred to the unemployment line! Not sure if we will come back here for any more services but definitely will not buy here again since customer service ends with your signature on the sale agreement. More

I was not keen on the idea of a new vehicle to begin with, especially after feeling ripped off for the past several purchases we've made. However, after meeting with Patrick, he made me feel quite comfortable with a new car purchase. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old there while we made the purchase as well. Patrick was so patient with them and made things go as quick as possible. Great buying experience I normally do not write reviews but after the experience I had with Baierl Toyota and Patrick I felt I had to. Usually I dread the whole car buying experience, thankfully I don't have to do it that often. When I arrived at the dealership it was packed. Luckily the General Manager sent me Patrick's way. The entire experience from start to finish was nothing like what I was expecting. Normally I feel like I have to take a shower after leaving a car lot but this time around there was no annoying, pressing sales person. Patrick was open and honest and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision. The negotiation was fast and fair. I told Patrick where I needed to be and he made sure we got there. There was no back and forth meeting in the back room with the manager like you usually see. When the car arrived it was everything I was expecting and more. I will definately be back and would recommend the dealership and Patrick to anyone! More
