Best car buying experience ever I had planned on keeping my 2006 Toyota Sienna AWD for a few more years--at least until I got my kids through the kindergarten pick-up line, but that I had planned on keeping my 2006 Toyota Sienna AWD for a few more years--at least until I got my kids through the kindergarten pick-up line, but that plan changed last week when my Sienna was totaled in an accident. I was hit almost head-on by another car while going about 50 mph, and the van kept me safe while the front end was destroyed. Luckily the other driver and I were not injured. After seeing how well my car absorbed an impact of that magnitude, I decided that only Toyota would do as a replacement. Baierl Toyota is the closest dealer to me so I stopped in to look around and met Keith Peindl. He was wonderful! He found the AWD Siennas that had just come in from trade, showed other vehicle options that can fit my family of five, and then found the perfect car for me: Toyota Highlander. It's a gorgeous car and I couldn't be happier. This was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had: great salesman (not only very patient with me but extremely kind to my girls), excellent inventory to choose from, and I was truly impressed with the prices and got my Highlander at a great one. Patrick was awesome, knew what he was talking about and was not pushy at all. I hate pushy salesmen that beat around the bush and have you there for hours trying to make a deal. Patrick knew what he was doing and I for sure will return there again. He will see us when we decide to buy our truck. He also was very helpful when we picked up our car and went above and beyond with the demonstration of the car. We are not very technology smart and he was very patient with us. Plus he gave us his cell phone # to call if we needed him for anything or had questions. The finance girl was really nice and helpful but can't remember her name. Now to enjoy my new Toyota!! More
