As a female, I dread walking onto a car lot, but the team at Baierl Toyota was very welcoming and approachable. Patrick kept me updated on the status of my new car and had everything prepared the day I picked it up. He even went so far as to walk through all of the features with me and personalize all of the settings. I would recommend Baierl Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used car. The team goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible! More

My paperwork was ready when I arrived and he answered the many questions I had about Toyota's extended warranty and also found me the best interest rate! Major safety issues & lack of care My husband and have have had three Toyota vehicles in very recent history, including two currently. Left my other car for a simple oil change and My husband and have have had three Toyota vehicles in very recent history, including two currently. Left my other car for a simple oil change and tire mounting and balancing at 7:30 am. By 7:30 pm, the car was just being finished up and they had broken two wheel studs and two tire pressure sensors. They ordered the sensors and said they would replace them after they came in and sent us on our way. After driving the car 20 miles or so, we felt and heard a rough clunking from the front drivers side. We were afraid something else had been left broken. We stopped at another shop for them to check it. The lug nuts had never been tightened and the entire wheel/tire assembly was very close to falling off. This would have caused a large accident and injuries to us and probably others if it had happened on the highway on the way to work. I called the service manager, Tim, three times over the span of an entire day. He never responded or answered, so I stopped in person after work. I had documented paperwork from the other shop showing the fact that the lug nuts had been loose. He told me that he didn't believe me and that that couldn't have happened. All I wanted was an appology and for him to talk to his technicians about safety so that another customer doesnt have to deal with this. I got no apology, no concern, nothing. He didn't even flinch. Well done Bariel on choosing individuals to put in management positions. I would never return to any Bariel dealerships for future purchases or service after this. More

Patrick is an excellent salesperson and has a wonderful personality which you see the moment you walk into the showroom. He makes you feel welcome and instantly you have found a friend at Baierl. My wife Janet loves her Rav 4 and Patrick made sure that everything was to her satisfaction and made her experience really special. Baierl should be proud to have a guy like Patrick on their staff. None came close. Our Sienna has been dominataing the Canyonero for gas mileage (though tough not to beat 1 Highway/0 City) and coolness. Take that, Rainier Wolfcastle! Seriously, great experience all around. More

The new Service Manager, Tim Ferraro, received this review and responded accordingly to make things right. This responsiveness is exactly what I would have hoped for and has restored some confidence in Baeirl Toyota. Although only one experience, it ended with Tim looking me in the eye, making a commitment to excellence and a handshake. This makes me look forward to continuing and enhancing my relationship with Baierl. More

I was searching the internet for late models cars when I stopped into Baierl Toyota. I had a very good experience here purchasing my ever so reliable Tacoma. Not only was the salesman Keith working for us, everyone from the sales manager to the finance department did everything they could to make sure we got a reliable car at an affordable price. I was estatic to walk out with an affordable new car with Toyota Care. Something a dad with kids doesn't have to worry about…….kids car problems. Once you find a good car dealer stick with them. Sooner or later you will get the affordable car you need. And its a a Toyota! More
