I am always able to get an appointment when I need one. My car is taken in right away when I arrive. The gentleman in the service dept. was really nice and called me when my car was done. This is our third vehicle purchased from Baierl and we are satisfied with all purchased so far. The only thing that I am disappointed in is the safety recall on our 2019 Toyota truck concerning the low are satisfied with all purchased so far. To date this has not been corrected and I am afraid to drive until this is resolved. This truck has less than 1200 miles on it. More
