My first car buying experience can only be described as incredibly pleasant. Walking onto the lot I was prepared for what everyone told me would be "one of the longest days of my life". I was greeted by Al Herbst who cheerfully asked me a list of what I was looking for and showed me every car that met my needs. Once I found the one I loved he welcomed me into his office and offered the complementary water and coffee while he had someone appraise my car I was trading in. Once he could tell me what my car was worth we started talking numbers. I told him my budget and he found a way to meet all of my requests. I needed time to think it over and told him I would be back after lunch and he did not pressure me to make a deal at all before I walked out the door. He politely handed me his card and told me to call him once I had made my decision. After a short lunch I knew that I wanted the car and headed back to BMW. Al found a way to get me in and out of the door fairly quickly. I left with a smile on my face, a free mug, keychain and iPhone adapter, and most importantly a car buying experience that had not once ounce of pressure. And even though he had several other customers waiting for him in the showroom and on the telephone...he always made me feel like I was his number one priority. This was the most pleasant, efficient experience I've had in leasing a new BMW, and this is my 9th! I was immediately confident of his abilities; he is easy to talk to and very approachable. I actually went in to 'order' my new 535i with all the options I wanted, but we were able to find several cars on the lot that fit the description. I ended up driving away with a sparkling, new 535i, with all the built-ins that I requested, in and out in 3 hours. But the best part is that he was able to give me the monthly price I wanted, and was able to negotiate the drive-away cost as well. He explained all the details of the new car before I drove off, and invited me to return in a few weeks so that he could answer any further questions that I had, which I definitely will opt for. I was already a BMW lifer, but now I have finally found a dealer and dealership that exceeded my expectations, which are always high! More

I had an amazing experience with Center BMW, especially with Al and Kurt - they were awesome. I actually went to buy a Toyota Camry that I found on Truecar.com and when I called to see if it was still ther with Al and Kurt - they were awesome. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was very helpful. We immediately hit it off with Al and had fun during our test drive. I ended up trading in my SUV and getting a great deal on my Camry. The finance process was complicated because my credit union was being difficult, but Al was very patient, even when we had to stay past closing time. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I am even considering coming back to get my next car, which will be a BMW. The energy and passion from this team is contagious, you have to stop by! More

My husband and son picked out the car on Labor Day; as I was not with them, I scheduled an appointment with Al for Friday to go over how to use the car.
