I had an amazing experience purchasing my bmw. Bryan answered all my questions and went over all the options. Then he spent hours looking for the color that I wanted and picked the car up at anoth Bryan answered all my questions and went over all the options. Then he spent hours looking for the color that I wanted and picked the car up at another location. When I went back to get the car, he spent a lot of time helping me set up the app, showing me how to access many of the the car functions. We even took the car out and he showed me how to use the park assist. The purchase process was very efficient. I submitted the financing documents over email ahead of time. When I went to pick the car up all that was needed were a few signatures and we were done in 30 minutes. My husband bought his BMW from another dealership and his experience was not even close to mine in terms of customer service and attention. I highly recommend the BMW of Sherman Oaks. More

The worst dealership with regard to service and customer service in Southern California. Employees are often standing around, there’s no protocol with regards to helping customers, and every single time we service in Southern California. Employees are often standing around, there’s no protocol with regards to helping customers, and every single time we take our 2018 X1 in for service, it takes 1-2 weeks and the service department needs repeated calls and prodding to give updates on when the car will be serviced or returned. They even misplaced our car when it was towed to the dealership for a battery change, as if there is zero communication between their Roadside Assistance/towing company and the dealership. Just a mess. I’ll be in the market for a new car in the next year; I will be reticent to buy a BMW ever again based upon my experience with this location and it’s inept staff, which is a shame, because BMWs are nice to drive and well built.
