Well my husband and I met Al over the past weekend when we were doing research on our next vehicle(which we did not plan on buying for another 9 months) Al greeted us right away when we arrived at Center BMW. He spent an hour educating us about BMW. We learned so much and had such a great test drive. He picked out the perfect car based on our conversation. He has the gift of knowing exactly what you want before you actually know. My husband and I loved the car but thought we should wait to purchase. We left that day with a new friend. Funny thing happened a few days later, we were now in a position to get that car. We called late on a Wednesday evening and asked if he was available. He said that he would be there. Traffic was bad and we got there even later. He stayed and patiently guided us through our new purchase. We got an amazing deal. I mean AMAZING. He is a genius with numbers and trade in’s. At 10pm at night we left the dealership with our car. Al had been working since 9am and never once complained or showed a sign agitation or fatigue. Mind blowing service! I will continue to get future cars with him; he just made everything so smooth and seamless. If you are in need of a BMW Al is the man. Seriously!!! More
