Al Hebst was my salesmen and he is not your typical salesperson. He understood what we wanted in a car and our budget. I feel that he worked very hard for us and made the entire process go fast and easy. I got to the dealership at 3:30 pm and I was home with a new BMW at 7:30. This does not happen anywhere else. Great customer service Brandon provided excellent customer service and won over my business. I had a disappointing experience with Center in the past - and this really chan Brandon provided excellent customer service and won over my business. I had a disappointing experience with Center in the past - and this really changed my overall opinion of the dealership. While the car I originally went to see was sold before I arrived, Brandon was extremely helpful and showed me a few other options and had us test drive a newer vehicle. After a discussion the next day Brandon/Center negotiated a very aggressive price on the vehicle and the deal was done. Brandon was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He won over my business from my previous BMW dealership - I'll now take my M5 and 335I conv to them for all service needs. 5 stars for Brandon Harris and the Center team! More

Excellent Customer Service from Brandon Harris I was recently looking for another car to pair with my BMW M5. After many discussions with various dealers, I contacted Brandon via the online chat o I was recently looking for another car to pair with my BMW M5. After many discussions with various dealers, I contacted Brandon via the online chat option. He was immediately on the line and extremely helpful discussing inventory and pricing. I made an appointment to meet and test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic and the vehicle I wanted to see was sold shortly before my arrival (what are the odds). He made the best of a bad situation and found a newer 2012 335i for me to test as I had never driven a convertible prior. He was extremely helpful in discussing the vehicle, the functions and managing my expectations as an M5 driver. The next day, I called him and discussed pricing. He definitely went to bat for me and managed a very aggressive offer for the newer vehicle. Not only did I purchase this vehicle, but I'll also be bringing my M5 in for servicing vs taking it to dealership where it was purchased. Brandon provided service above and beyond what I expected. As I write this review, my "other" dealership only now responded to my request from a week ago. Too late Bob Smith.... 5 stars to Brandon and the Center Team that helped me!! More

He was knowledgable about the cars, insightful, funny, and most importantly, honest and fair. The whole experience was perfect. I called on the phone prior to our arrival to ask if this dealership had a certain car we were looking for. Al took the call, looked up what I asked, and gave us straight answers. We then went to the dealership to meet with him, and the rest of the experience is as I mentioned above. We appreciate everything he did for us, and will see him in the future for sure. More
