Everyone treated us cordially, but I am especially appreciative of Mike Waiblinger’s customer care style. He comes across as sincere, helpful, and trustworthy. I can honestly say we went through the process of purchasing the car yesterday, instead of just looking, because Mike’s is pleasant and friendly. Needless to say the car was what we were looking for, but if Mike had been the least bit heavy handed with his sales technique we would have waited on the purchase. Mike as the salesperson really made the difference in this case.
