Got two high-end cars (2014 X7 and 2014 i7) in a week timeframe. I am also a loyal BMW customer for almost 20 yrs. I am getting no response/no action on BMW offered packages from the dealer - charger in timeframe. I am also a loyal BMW customer for almost 20 yrs. I am getting no response/no action on BMW offered packages from the dealer - charger install at home and 2yrs charging via Electrify. Electrify account that was setup while taking car delivery is not working and they can’t fix it. Charger and install - no word on when and how.. I basically got i7 EV brick that I will have to figure out myself. I would have probably received better experience from a much less expensive car dealer. Just bunch of run around and no action. Feels like my business should have been done else where. I will be elevating this with BMW Corporate - this can’t be how BMW does business now More

Trading in my 2nd Jaguar, I purchased my first BMW 7 series at BMW of Sherman Oaks (then, Center BMW) in 1986 and have been a gratefully satisfied customer of their Service Department ever since. I was luck enough to meet Mark Rusconi as my first Service advisor, and then was inherited by Brian Douglas when Mark moved to another department. Both can only be described as members of the family. I now live in Oxnard, and I pass 3 BMW dealers to get to the Service Department at BMW of Sherman Oaks because I know that the minute I've schedule an appointment with Brian, he and the army of technicians working for Dave Keirstead will attend to every problem, check things I can hardly pronounce, let alone remember to check myself, and hand me back the keys to a car that looks suspiciously like the one I dropped off, but feels 20,000 mile lighter, and stronger on the road. Three days ago, BMWs 12 and 13 were in the shop for normal-interval service, and the level of personal attention and service is the same as it was the day we all first met.
