Was disappointed at first as the service representative that was scheduled was off sick that day and no one picked up his appointments. One thing I was very disappointed with was I asked the woman at the service cashier if I could use the phone or have her dial a local number as I had left my cell phone at home. Kevin, the service advisor, was very courteous. I had several questions unrelated to getting my oil changed.
