My wife has always wanted a Beamer! Being the Amazing Husband that I am, I decided it was to get her one LMAO. We arrived at Orland Park BMW just before the snow storm Friday night and we were working with Huda, an amazing young lady that was extremely knowledgable about the Beamer the wife fell in love with. I am not one to buy cars often and am not a fan of the process. That being said, Huda did an amazing job at working with us by making the Wife happy and me not a wreck lol. Thank You Huda, you did a great job working with us. You are Great!! More

Robert did a great job in communicating all the issues and making a plan for the fixes. He was a good listener, too. Didn’t like the fact that different prices were quoted for service. Coupon wasn’t used because he claim the price was discounted.
