Giuseppe was great. I was initially upset that I had two chips in my windshield that were not initially disclosed to me upon purchasing my vehicle. I immediately contacted Giuseppe and he sprang into act chips in my windshield that were not initially disclosed to me upon purchasing my vehicle. I immediately contacted Giuseppe and he sprang into action to take care of the issue. He communicated with me regularly, and got me an appointment within four days for the repair. After the repair, Giuseppe and I did a walk through of the vehicle to ensure there were no other issues. He also took the time to reorient me with some of the technology in my vehicle so I could enjoy the comfort of driving it. Thank you Giuseppe. He interacted with care and an emphasis on customer service. I expect the same in the future but more importantly, I am confident the customer service will be unwavering. More
