It was determined after your appointment was made that your vehicle did not have a 50,000 mile maintenance plan, unfortunately the plan for your vehicle expired at 36,000 miles. We apologize for the confusion, and are aware of the additional unexpected fees incurred. Although we were unable to warranty your service, we hope the refund in the amount of one hundred forty five dollars for the engine air filter and a partial refund for the oil service will aid in the total service amount that you were charged. We appreciate your feedback and bringing your concerns to our attention, and hope to continue further business relations.
