Amazing car buying experience! Guiseppe was so great to work with. I had originally come in thinking I had to get a used vehicle based on my budget and mileage needs but he was abl Guiseppe was so great to work with. I had originally come in thinking I had to get a used vehicle based on my budget and mileage needs but he was able to put together a lease deal that put me into a brand new car! Being a single mom the car buying experience is very daunting. I was not looking forward to it. Giuseppe helped me find just the right fit and was never pushy with me at all. He was extremely patient in letting me test drive multiple vehicles as well. Then once the deal was done he game my 7 year old son a really cool BMW hot wheel. Thanks so much. Flat tire Was a bit disappointed that it took 6 days to fix a replacement tire. And when I picked up the car it was dirtier than when I left it. Buying Experience with BMW of Kansas City South We first came to BMW of KC South about five months ago when we were looking to replace one of the two vehicles we owned. Giuseppe Baldin was the port We first came to BMW of KC South about five months ago when we were looking to replace one of the two vehicles we owned. Giuseppe Baldin was the portfolio manager we worked with throughout the process and he was outstanding. I have to say, our requirements for a second vehicle were not exactly easy to meet but Giuseppe was extremely professional and patient throughout the process. We almost purchased one vehicle but held off on moving forward. Giuseppe did not try to strong arm us into making a quick decision but instead worked with us across the next few months, even proactively reaching out with SUVs in their inventory that met our budget. I have had poor experiences with dealerships that try to force customers into making buying decisions just to make a sale, but Giuseppe and his team do not operate that way. We eventually found a good match and both Giuseppe and the finance team were quite transparent throughout the paperwork process and provided excellent customer service. They even threw in a toy car for our newborn daughter! We will definitely come back to BMW of KC South in the future because of their customer-centric approach to doing business. More

At first day I towed in my car and was told it can be done at 4 pm second day, the following day I checked with them at noon, my advisor told me they just noticed my key was there so it will be delayed for one day. at least the manager helped me out so I can get my car on time.
