Recall, repairs, service Personnel attentive, well organized, easy to work with. However, I am not happy with the car itself because of design and engineering problems. It is not as reliable nor as comfortable as my Lexus. I am happy that there was a loaner available but it also does not measure up. Alignment 4 wheel alignment & balance, waited @ dealership-no loaners available. Was there 2.5 hrs, comfortable amenities w/ free WiFi. They washed & vacuumed m 4 wheel alignment & balance, waited @ dealership-no loaners available. Was there 2.5 hrs, comfortable amenities w/ free WiFi. They washed & vacuumed my vehicle also-no xtra charge. Service technician was attentive. Driving on freeway afterwards noticed hood wasn’t closed completely, luckily secondary latch kept it from flying back to the windshield. More
