My (F15) 3.5D M-Sport was in need of service and some replacement items that should have been covered under our extended warranty plan. Considering that the issue was hardly reminescent of a $75,000+ car, they took it upon themselves to cover what would have been a $341 repair after just a few interactions. We were in Kansas City from Florida for a very unfortunate event and these guys showed us some light. I'm back in Florida, and again dealing with local dealers (Reeves/Ferman) and for a lack of better words, I miss these guys in KC. Long story short, our buying experience with BMW of KC South was excellent. They were transparent with valuing our trade in & throughout the negotiation process. While our purchase was for a used pre-owned car, they never once treated as if our business was insignificant. I would highly recommend them!!!! More
