After such a great experience with the service department when we thought about replacing my car, we asked for a sales person to call us. Giuseppe called, worked out a deal for us, hit the number we asked for, no gimmicks... just came through with what we asked for. When we went in to buy the car it wasn’t even like buying a car. It was easy, not stressful and almost fun. Jordan was great getting us out the door and explaining the maintenance package to us. He did everything to make sure we had everything we needed at a price we wanted. More

Worked me in! While visiting KC I decided on Saturday morning to purchase my friends 2008 BMW Series 1 convertible. I was going to cancel my flight and drive the While visiting KC I decided on Saturday morning to purchase my friends 2008 BMW Series 1 convertible. I was going to cancel my flight and drive the car back to the East coast the next morning. The car had only been driven 1000 miles in the past year and I needed a safety check as well as confirmation that the car was in as good a condition as I was hoping it to be. The BMW service dept. was totally booked that Saturday but they worked me in, even though they knew that I would never be a local customer! They spent 90 minutes fully checking the cars systems and giving it a road test. Paul could not have been kinder, he even programmed my phone into my car so I was set for my drive home! I was the best $136 I ever spent! More
