This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased 9 new cars and 5 used cars in my lifetime. I have been on over 50 dealership lots in my 40+ years of buying cars; and th ever had. I have purchased 9 new cars and 5 used cars in my lifetime. I have been on over 50 dealership lots in my 40+ years of buying cars; and this by far was the easiest, smoothest, least pressured and just overall nicest experience I have ever had. We went to 4 Toyota dealers looking for a car for my wife and daughter. 3 of those 4 dealerships in our area were high pressure, constant badgering to buy or make a decision and I had no feeling that they cared one bit. With AutoNation Toyota of Ft. Meyers, I was on vacation with my wife, we were able top communicate by phone and text and had almost the entire deal wrapped up before we drove from Orlando to Ft. Meyers to take possession of the car. There was no misrepresenting of any of the facts or deals. Nothing was changed at the last minute. Erica was awesome to work with in the beginning, David was amazing on our test drive and when we showed up live, he also had great knowledge of the car and it's options. Kai got the numbers were we needed them to be. Please ensure all 3 of these people receive credit and their service is acknowledged. Toyota and all dealers need more people like these 3. By the way, the experience was so great, we are going back to buy our daughters car. 6-8 other Toyota dealers between us and them, and we are going to drive 2.5 hours to be a repeat customer. Kylee is very knowledgeable about Toyota models and the AutoNation corporate policies. She has demonstrated that she is open to fielding any and all questions about the vehicles, the process of purchasing or leasing and everything in between. What’s most impressive is that in dealing with Kylee, it became clear that she was more interested in making sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with whatever I walked away with as opposed to just another number on her goal sheet. I initially was not certain what model I wanted. I was between SUVs and Sedans. I made three visits to the dealership to sit in different models, make sure that I fit/had appropriate headroom and legroom and felt comfortable in the vehicles by test driving them. Kylee was extremely patient, kind and her attitude was so positive. It was the main reason my purchasing team and I decided to return and do business with this dealership. I also want to give a shout out to Morgan G and Logan from finance and Raymond R from sales for their involvement in the deal and getting it across the line with integrity and reason. ON 05/03/2025 WE WENT TO BUY A CAR, AFFTER TALKING WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT TO FINANCE AT 4.87 INTEREST AND WE BOUGT, YESTERDAY I RECEIVED THE FIRST SUPER HIGH PAYMENT, WHEN WE CALLED THE TOYOTA BANK THEY CAME TO AN AGREEMENT TO FINANCE AT 4.87 INTEREST AND WE BOUGT, YESTERDAY I RECEIVED THE FIRST SUPER HIGH PAYMENT, WHEN WE CALLED THE TOYOTA BANK THEY TOLD US THAT THE INTEREST WAS 5.89, MY PEOPLE THAT IS CALLED A SCAM, WE WENT TO TOYOTA TODAY AND TO OUR AMAZEMENT THEY GAVE US A PAPER WITH MY HUSBAND'S SIGNATURE THAT SAYS THE INTEREST IS 5.87, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DID BUT THEY USED THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND PUT IT ON THAT PAPER WITH ANOTHER INTEREST THAT WAS NOT THE AGREED ONE, WE EVEN FOUND OUT THAT THE FINANCIER WHO MADE THE CONTRACT WAS REMOVED FROM THE TOYOTA, THE MANAGER TREATED US VERY BADLY AND WHEN I WENT TO LEAVE THE CAR KEYS SHE WAS GOING TO THROWW THEM OUT THE DOOR, LADIES DO NOT BE FOOLED THE TOYOTA DEALER OF FORT MYERS IS SHAMELESSLY SCAMMING PEOPLE More
