Two days ago I came in to lookat a dodge Durango. I wasn't pre approved for a loan from Suncoast credit union. The used car salesman told me they are owed millions by my bank and does not use them. The time had dome for us to do a vehicle upgrade. We decided on getting a low-mile pre-pandemic RAV4 because of the issues that multiple manufacturers have had with new vehicles. I am very partic We decided on getting a low-mile pre-pandemic RAV4 because of the issues that multiple manufacturers have had with new vehicles. I am very particular about what I want in a car (color, features, trim, etc.), and I found a very close match at AutoNation Toyota. Even though we live almost 600 miles away, it was worth the journey there. Our salesperson, Roberta Billing, worked with me on most of the details even before I made the trip to ensure that everything would be easy once I arrived. She even picked me up at the RSW airport and gave me a ride in. She is quite knowledgeable of Toyota's products and was able to answer my questions, even the more detailed ones. She also was able to arrange financing on surprisingly good terms. She had no problem with me wanting to have a pre-purchase inspection done by a local garage and the RAV4 I wanted was exactly as advertised. Completing the final paperwork was a straightforward process, and I had any questions addressed to my satisfaction. I was done in 4 hours (2 of them were just waiting on and getting the inspection), and I was on my way home. A long drive will reveal any car's quirks, but the RAV4 I purchased was a very pleasant ride home. I am looking forward to many years of reliable service from it! Everyone knows what the car buying experience entails: test drive, discussion of trade, negotiations of "extras," etc. I had been shopping for a while and I knew what I was willing to put down and how mu test drive, discussion of trade, negotiations of "extras," etc. I had been shopping for a while and I knew what I was willing to put down and how much I wanted to finance. David was my salesperson and he was courteous and knowledgeable. Erica worked with me to remove the "extras" until we got the financed amount where it needed to be. Both Erica Cebreros and David Varela were respectful of my budget and my time. I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Nation to anyone shopping for a used car. More

I bought my 2025 4Runner from here and I’d recommend it to anyone! Ask for Joey when you stop in. He listened to what I wanted in a car and made sure I got the best deal. He was very accommodating and he did not feel like your traditional salesman. He carried this deal on his back and truly made the difference in me buying vs shopping else where. 10/10 - the best experience I’ve had car shopping. More
